Logging in¶
Colleag uses your existing work identity. There is no separate Colleag password to remember and no signup form — you get in because someone invited you, and you sign in through your organisation's identity provider.
- Open your organisation's Colleag address in the browser.
- You land on a page with the Colleag.ai wordmark and a single blue button: Sign in with Microsoft.
- Click it. You are handed over to Microsoft, where you enter your work email and password and complete multi-factor authentication if your company requires it.
- Microsoft sends you back and the workspace opens.
The button does not always say Microsoft
The label follows whichever identity provider your organisation is connected to. On a self-hosted or evaluation installation it may read Sign in with Keycloak instead. The flow is identical: one button, one handover, back to the workspace.
Accepting an invitation¶
New members join by invitation, not by signing up.
- An owner or admin adds your email under Settings → Members and picks your role.
- You get an invitation link.
- Opening the link sends you to the sign-in page first. Sign in with your work account.
- You are returned to the invitation and joined to the organisation automatically.
Sign in with the invited address
The invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to. If you sign in with a different account, the invitation stays unaccepted and you will not see your colleagues' work. Ask for a new invitation to the address you actually use.
Signing out¶
Open the round avatar button at the top right of the workspace and choose Sign out. This ends your Colleag session and your session with the identity provider, so the next login asks for credentials rather than letting you straight back in. That matters on shared machines.
When sign-in does not work¶
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The page returns to sign-in in a loop | Your session cookie is being blocked. Allow cookies for the Colleag domain, then try again in a normal (non-private) window. |
| Microsoft says your account cannot access this application | You have not been invited yet, or the invitation went to a different address. Ask an owner or admin to check Settings → Members. |
| You sign in but see no products and an empty sidebar | You are signed in but not in the right organisation, or you have the Viewer role in an organisation with no published products yet. Check with your admin. |
| The workspace loads but every request fails | Your session has expired in the background. Sign out from the avatar menu and sign in again. |
