Colleag Documentation
Colleag.ai gives your hardware team a set of AI colleagues — one per discipline — that research, write and review your product documentation with you. This manual shows you how to use them.
What you can do here¶
The four areas of Colleag¶
Your agents are grouped by the part of the business they work in. The sidebar shows one section per area.
The engineering side, and the only area tied to a specific product. Pick a product first, then talk to Product Lead, Hardware, Firmware, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Test & V&V, Requirements or Safety.
All product documents live here, and this is where the canvas, publishing and baselines apply.
Sales, Procurement and Intelligence. These agents work at company level, not per product, so you do not need to select a product before asking them something.
This is where ERP questions usually land: what did we sell, what did we pay, who supplies this part.
Finance and Management. Company-level agents for numbers, planning and decisions that are not tied to one product.
The Compliance agent, your SOPs and your standards library. Use it for quality-system questions and for keeping procedures current.
See Standards and SOPs.
New to Colleag?¶
Start with Getting Started. It takes you from your first login to a working product in about half an hour, and ends with a first-week checklist.
Cannot find what you need?
Try the search box at the top — it covers every page in this manual. If the answer is not here, ask your organisation's Colleag administrator, or the contact person who set up your account.
